LayerLark Cauldron Candy Dish Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. LayerLark (layerlark.com), Hudson, Ohio. Contact: layerlark3d@gmail.com ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor's owner and staff, their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period. Starts Monday, October 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter. During the Entry Period, enter in either or both of these ways:
- Instagram: follow @layerlark3d, like the giveaway post, and tag one friend in a comment on that post. Only tag real people you know who might want to see it; don't tag accounts in photos they don't appear in.
- Facebook: comment on the giveaway post on the LayerLark Facebook Page. Sharing and tagging are not required and do not add entries.
Limit one entry per person per platform (up to two entries total: one on Instagram and one on Facebook). Additional comments do not add entries. Entries from fake, bulk or automated accounts are void. Entering via an Instagram or Facebook account is free.
5. Winner selection. On Friday, October 16, 2026 at about 10:00 AM ET, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries. Comments are exported, de-duplicated by account and platform, and drawn with a seeded random script (a logged, reproducible draw). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification. The potential winner will be notified by direct message from @layerlark3d (Instagram) or the LayerLark Facebook Page only. The potential winner must reply within 48 hours of the message being sent and provide a U.S. shipping address. If they don't reply in time, are ineligible, or don't comply with these rules, an alternate winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, card details or a password.
7. Prize. One (1) Cauldron Candy Dish, Matte Black. Approximate retail value (ARV): $19.99. Shipped free to a U.S. address. No cash or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Sponsor will ship promptly but does not guarantee delivery by any date, including Halloween. Prize is decorative and for wrapped treats only. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
8. General. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control affect its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or messages.
8a. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
9. Release. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
10. Privacy. Sponsor uses entrants' usernames and comments, and the winner's name and shipping address, only to run this giveaway and deliver the prize. This information is not sold or added to any mailing list. See https://layerlark.com/policies/privacy-policy.
11. Winner announcement. After the winner confirms, Sponsor may post the winner's username on Instagram and Facebook. Sponsor will ask permission before sharing anything else. A winner who prefers not to be named can say so.
